About
A méthode traditionnelle sparkling rosé from Monmousseau, aged in cellars cut into the tuffeau limestone of the Cher valley at Montrichard. Strawberry, redcurrant and soft brioche on the nose, with bright red-fruit weight balanced by clean acidity and a fine bead, finishing long on fruit and brioche.
Producer note
Monmousseau was founded in 1886 at Montrichard, on the Cher river in Touraine, and produces Crémant de Loire, Touraine Brut and Vouvray sparkling wines alongside the value-priced Veuve Laperrière line.
