About
From Perlage, the certified-organic, B-Corp family winery of the Nardi brothers in Farra di Soligo, this DOC delle Venezie Pinot Grigio is natively fermented on skins in stainless steel — no oak — off alluvial and mineral-laced soils. Straw yellow with a faint coppery hue, it runs pear skin, elderflower, lemon peel and meadow grass over a bright, acid-driven palate whose energy and texture come from the skin time. Smart, snappy, saline drinking at a light 12%.

Perlage has farmed organically since the Nardi family's early conversion and is among Italy's first certified organic sparkling wineries, now also B-Corp certified and vegan-friendly.
