About
Classically pale rosé of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault off the dry, high-altitude slopes of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Pale salmon-onion-skin in colour, it lifts out peach, raspberry and blood orange over stony mineral notes and savoury alpine herbs. The palate is light and crunchy with a fleshy core of red berries and a slippery textural feel, closing on brisk acidity and a dry, tangy, faintly spicy finish. Drink it now.
