About

A ready-to-pour blend of Zonzo's own homemade limoncello and Victorian Prosecco, bright and zesty with citrus and a lemon-sorbet character balanced by gentle sweetness. Semi-sweet and light-bodied, it's built for serving chilled over ice with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Producer note

Zoncello is Zonzo Estate's own limoncello-and-Prosecco spritz, made in-house from the winery's homemade limoncello. It won Product Innovation of the Year in 2024.

Sparkling rosé built on Grenache and Cinsault vinified by direct pressing, joined by Pinot Noir, from vines on limestone soils. The base wine rests in stainless steel tanks before the prise de mousse puts the fizz in the bottle. Fresh red fruit leads — raspberry and wild strawberry — over pomelo citrus and white flowers, with a delicate peach core and crisp, fine bubbles. Best served well chilled, between 5 and 7 degrees.
