About

100% Vermentino from Sella & Mosca's Gallura vineyards on the granite-rubble slopes of Mount Limbara, in the DOCG's Superiore style. Green apple, melon and hawthorn blossom sit over mineral, sea-breeze notes, with extraordinary freshness and salinity carrying through to a persistent, faintly almond-tinged finish. Best drunk within three years of vintage.

Estate-grown Cortese from a single, sun-exposed vineyard in the heart of Gavi, where 30-year-old vines sit on classic Cessola marls and sandy soils. Hand-harvested, cold-macerated for 12 hours and gently basket-pressed, then fermented cool in stainless steel and rested five months on fine lees. Delicate florals of citrus, honeysuckle, apple and fresh herbs over a refreshing, bright palate — depth of fruit underpinned by vibrant lemon-zest acidity and a mineral core.
