About
An aromatic Gewürztraminer-led blend from Protero's organically farmed vineyard at Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills, rounded out with Riesling and a small dash of Sauvignon Blanc. Lifted aromas of lychee, ginger flower and dusty rose lead into a palate of rose water, citrus and grapefruit, closing on a grassy, lemongrass-spiced finish. Made to drink on release rather than cellar.

Made by Stephen Pannell of S.C. Pannell as a separate Adelaide Hills project, inspired by the white wines of northern Italy and built to suit the spicy food he and his household favour.
