About
A five-bottle Barolo case from Poderi Gianni Gagliardo, a family estate based in La Morra with vineyards spread across five Barolo villages — La Morra, Monforte d'Alba, Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo and Verduno. It ships as the producer's 'Barolo Experience' case: five 750mL bottles bundled together rather than the standard twelve-bottle case. Every bottle is Nebbiolo, grown and vinified under Barolo DOCG rules.
Producer note
The Gagliardo family has grown grapes in Piedmont's Langhe zone since 1847. Gianni Gagliardo founded the winery in its current form in 1973, and his sons Stefano, Alberto and Paolo now run the estate. It holds eight Barolo Cru vineyards across five villages (about 26 acres in Langhe) plus vineyards in the neighbouring Roero.
